Terms of Use

Reelback for iOS is published by Nanjing Zuimeijia Technology Co., Ltd. Your use of Reelback is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") together with the additional terms below. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.

1. What Reelback does

Reelback shows the videos and Live Photos you authorize from Apple Photos as a swipeable feed and lets you set items aside in Reelback's Trash. Reelback works on your device and does not host your media.

2. Deleting media

Moving an item to Reelback's Trash does not delete it. Media is deleted only when you empty the Trash and confirm the iOS system prompt. Deleted items go to Photos › Recently Deleted and can be recovered there for 30 days, after which Apple removes them permanently. If iCloud Photos is on, deletions apply to all devices using that library. You are responsible for reviewing what you delete and for keeping backups of media you want to keep.

3. Reelback Pro: Monthly and Lifetime

Swiping, Smart Cuts, and moving items to Trash are free. Emptying the Trash is free for your first 20 items; after that, emptying without limits requires Reelback Pro, available in two ways:

• Reelback Pro Monthly is an auto-renewable subscription billed monthly. Eligible new subscribers may receive an introductory price for the first month; the introductory price and the regular monthly price are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the regular monthly price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Reelback Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew, and it can be shared through Apple Family Sharing.

Both are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored with "Restore Purchases". Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms; refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Acceptable use

Use Reelback only with media you have the right to view and manage, and do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app except as permitted by law.

5. Disclaimer

Reelback is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for media you choose to delete or for losses that result from it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms when Reelback changes. Updated terms are posted on this page with a new effective date.

iOS 版 Reelback 由南京最美佳科技有限公司发布。你对 Reelback 的使用适用 Apple 的《许可应用程序最终用户许可协议》（“标准 EULA”）以及以下补充条款。两者冲突时，以标准 EULA 为准。

1. Reelback 做什么

Reelback 把你在 Apple 照片中授权的视频和实况照片做成可以上下滑动的信息流，并允许你把项目先放进 Reelback 的回收站。Reelback 在你的设备上运行，不托管你的照片和视频。

2. 删除照片和视频

把项目移入 Reelback 回收站不会删除它。只有当你清空回收站并在 iOS 系统确认框中确认后，项目才会被删除。删除的项目会进入「照片 › 最近删除」，30 天内可以恢复，之后由 Apple 永久删除。如果开启了 iCloud 照片，删除会同步到使用同一图库的所有设备。删除前请自行确认内容，并为想保留的内容做好备份。

3. Reelback Pro：月度会员与终身版

刷视频、智能片段和移入回收站都是免费的。清空回收站的前 20 个项目免费；之后如需不限量清空，需要开通 Reelback Pro，有两种方式：

• Reelback Pro 月度会员是按月计费的自动续期订阅。符合条件的新订阅用户首月可享受优惠价；首月优惠价和常规月费会在订阅前于 App 内显示。确认购买后，费用将从你的 Apple 账户扣除。除非在当期结束前至少 24 小时取消，订阅会按常规月费自动续期，续期费用将在当期结束前 24 小时内扣除。你可以在“设置 › Apple 账户 › 订阅”中管理或取消订阅。取消后不再续费，Pro 会保持到已付费周期结束。
• Reelback 终身版是一次性、非消耗型内购，不是订阅，不会自动续费，支持 Apple 家人共享。

两者都绑定你的 Apple 账户，可通过“恢复购买”恢复。购买前会在 App 内显示价格。付款、退款和账单由 Apple 按 App Store 条款处理；如需退款，请前往 reportaproblem.apple.com 向 Apple 申请。

4. 合理使用

请只对你有权查看和管理的内容使用 Reelback。除法律允许的情况外，不得对本 App 进行反向工程、转售或干扰其运行。

5. 免责声明

Reelback 按“现状”提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对你选择删除的内容及由此造成的损失承担责任。本条款不限制你依据适用的消费者保护法律享有的权利。

6. 条款变更

Reelback 更新时我们可能会修改本条款，更新后的条款会发布在本页面并注明新的生效日期。
